- Australian Eastern Time: Monday 10:00 AM to Saturday 11:00 AM
Weekend Support Hours for Urgent Issues*
- US Eastern Time: Saturday 11:00 AM to Sunday 8:00 PM
- US Pacific Time: Saturday 8:00 AM to Sunday 5:00 PM
- Greenwich Time (UST): Saturday 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Australian Eastern Time: Sunday 2:00 AM to Monday 11:00 AM
*These hours are only applicable for customers on the Preferred or Premier Plans and excludes US Holidays.
