If you are not yet required to use two-factor authentication (2FA) for Admin and other highly privileged roles, you will most likely need to switch to 2FA with NetSuite 2019.1 release. As a result, your Celigo integrations may need to use Token-Based Authentication for NetSuite connections.
If you have not yet done so, view the instructions below for enabling token authentication based on your Celigo product (note that the OpenAir-Salesforce SmartConnector is not impacted by this change):
E-commerce SmartConnectors
- Shopify – NetSuite SmartConnector
- Magento 2 – NetSuite SmartConnector
- Magento 1 – NetSuite SmartConnector
- BigCommerce – NetSuite SmartConnector
